The syrup of these two fruits will satisfy the body in summer like mango and emerald! Make it at home
A variety of cool drinks can be found to quench summer thirst. However, store-bought processed drinks may contain various harmful chemicals and preservatives. So if you want to keep your body healthy, it will be best if you can make a variety of syrups at home. Mango panna is often eaten during this season, did you know that pineapple and guava panna can be made almost the same way! Here is a simple recipe today.
First of all, make the masala of this syrup. which will require—
- Two tablespoons of cumin
- Two tablespoons of fennel
- 2-3 whole cardamoms
- Three tablespoons of whole pepper
- Half a tablespoon of black salt
Dry roast all together in a hot kadai. When cool, grind it.
Mango Panna
- 4 raw mangoes
- A cup of jaggery
- Ginger
- A raw chili
- Half a cup of lemon juice
Boil raw mango, jaggery, ginger, chilli, water, salt to taste in a pan. When cool, peel the mangoes. Put the rest in a blender and make a thick paste. Add ice cubes to a tall glass, add mango paste as needed, lemon juice. Add pre-prepared spices. Then pour cold water, mix well. Arrange thinly sliced raw mangoes aside.
Pineapple emerald
- The same ingredients will be needed, only instead of mango, diced pineapple chunks. But instead of jaggery, one cup of sugar.
Prepare the pineapple paste in the same way. Add ice cubes, pineapple paste and lemon juice to a tall glass. Prepared with spices. Pour cold water, mix well. A slice of pineapple can be garnished on the rim of the glass while serving.
Guava emerald
- 4 guavas, cut into small pieces. As guava is hard, it takes time to boil. Dry red chillies can be substituted for raw chillies.
The procedure is almost the same. In a glass with ice cubes, add guava paste, lemon juice, pre-prepared spices one by one. Add ice-cold water and mix well. Arrange guava slices on top.
