The screenplay of Bhoot Bangla is written by Priyadarshan, Rohan Shankar and Abhilash Nair under the banner of Balaji Motion Pictures and Cape of Good Films.

The story of the film revolves around Akshay Kumar’s character Arjun Acharya, who suddenly inherits a mysterious palace. As the wedding celebration begins in that mysterious mansion, some supernatural events start happening there, turning the atmosphere of the celebration into comedy and suspense.
