Now Pooja said in her clarification that she did not cross the limits in that photoshoot. She was not completely nude.

Actually, Pooja Bhatt has spoken openly on the body-paint photoshoot controversy in an interview after years. In the interview, Pooja said that the idea of this photoshoot was given to her by journalist Dinesh Raheja and famous photographer Jagdish Mali. She said that on one hand she had to face a lot of criticism for this picture on the body-painted magazine cover and on the other hand she also got a lot of love. But, his intention was not to create any controversy.
The actress said that Dinesh Raheja had shown her the picture of Demi Moore’s Vanity Fair magazine cover, which she found amazing. Then Dinesh and Jeetu asked them if they wanted to do something similar. Is he ready for this? The actress immediately said yes. When he asked who would do the body painting, he was told that Anna Singh would do the work.
Pooja told that she did this photoshoot after a long shooting day of the song ‘Tere Dar Par Sanam’ from the film ‘Phir Teri Kahani Yaad Aayi’. After the shooting, she went to Jagdish Mali’s house at around 9.30 pm, where her body painting was done and the photoshoot took place. She had forgotten this photo shoot. But, when the magazine came into the market there was an uproar.
Years later, the actress clarified the misunderstanding about the photoshoot and said that she was not nude in that picture. Like- In Demi Moore’s cover of ‘Birthday Suit’ she was without clothes under the pants. But, Pooja was wearing underwear. He knew very well what his limits were and he did not cross them.
