In the ongoing campaign against crime and criminals by Superintendent of Police Sonbhadra Abhishek Verma and under the efficient direction of Additional Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) and Area Officer Pipri, Pipri police station has achieved significant success. The police team was continuously trying to arrest the accused related to FIR No. 105/2026, Section 108 BNS, registered at Pipri police station. The accused was absconding after the incident.
On Saturday, 30.05.2026, during the campaign to prevent crime and arrest the wanted accused, the police station Pipri, taking immediate action on the information of the informer, accused Shramjeet son of Jai Singh, resident of village Pati Tola Kharhawan, police station Pipri, district Sonbhadra, age about 33 years, was arrested at around 08:45 from near Naukutiya turn. Necessary legal action was taken against the arrested accused and he was presented before the court.
The police team that made the arrest mainly included Rajesh Ji Choubey, Police Station Officer Pipri, Sonbhadra, Inspector Ravi Shankar Pathak, Inspector Prabhu Narayan, Inspector Akash Tiwari.
