What do you need to have to check subsidy online?
To check the subsidy status of LPG gas cylinder from your mobile sitting at home, you will not need any huge documents. For this, it is very important for you to have one of two things. The first thing is your registered mobile number which is linked to your gas agency (like Indane, Bharat Gas or HP). If the mobile number is not linked, then the second thing is your 17 digit unique LPG ID, which can be easily found on your gas passbook or old gas bill.
Complete step-by-step method to check gas subsidy from mobile
First of all go to your mobile browser and visit the official website of LPG. Open the. As soon as the homepage of the website opens, you will see pictures of cylinders of three major gas companies (Indane, Bharat Gas and HP) printed on the right side of the screen. Whichever company your connection is, click directly on the photo of that cylinder.
As soon as the new window of the company opens, many options will appear in front of you. Here you have to find an option named ‘Give your feedback online’ or ‘Feedback’ and click on it. After this, a new page will open in front of you which will have many icons, there you will have to select the icon with ‘LPG’.
As soon as you select the LPG icon, a long list will open in front of you, out of which you have to click on the option of ‘Subsidy Related (PAHAL)’. As soon as you click on it, a sub-category will open right next to it, where you have to select the option ‘Subsidy Not Received’.
Now the final page that will open in front of you, you will be asked to enter your registered mobile number or your 17 digit LPG ID. After filling this, as soon as you click on the submit button, the list of cylinders booked in the last few months, date, booking ID and the entire amount of subsidy transferred to your account will appear on your screen.
If subsidy money is not coming into your account, then do this immediately
If after checking as mentioned above, you find that your subsidy has been stopped, then the biggest reason for this could be that your Aadhaar card is not linked to both your bank account and gas connection. In such a situation, you should immediately go to your gas agency and get them linked together.
Apart from this, if your gas connection is very old, then you should go to your gas agency and get your e-KYC process completed. Even without this the subsidy stops. Also keep in mind that the rules for discounts and subsidies given to beneficiaries under special schemes of the Central Government, such as Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, are different from normal connections, so please check your eligibility once with your agency.
