Khan sir underground! What kept the ruckus going on outside the coaching center throughout the night?

Bihar’s famous coaching teacher Faisal Khan alias Khan Sir is embroiled in a new legal dispute. In the case of alleged firing by his security personnel, the police have registered an FIR against him under sections of attempt to murder and Arms Act. After this, police action in the case has intensified and discussions about his arrest have also started.

Khan sir is currently not seen in public amid the developments related to the case. According to sources, in view of the possibility of arrest, he is busy taking legal advice. It is also discussed that he can explore the option of surrender in the court.

What happened outside the coaching center overnight?

Here, a crowd of students started gathering outside the Khan Global Studies Coaching Center in Patna from Friday night itself. Police vehicles continued patrolling the area throughout the night. In view of the presence of a large number of students, the police is monitoring the situation with utmost caution. Security arrangements were further tightened around the coaching center on Saturday morning. At the same time, the gathering of students also appeared to be continuously increasing.

Where is Khan Sir?

Sources say that Khan sir is in touch with his lawyers and is discussing further legal strategy. Meanwhile, on Friday night, a rumor spread on social media and locally that Khan sir has been arrested, although there was no official confirmation of this.

What is the matter?

The whole matter appeared to take a new turn when a video went viral showing Khan sir’s security guard firing during the incident related to the alleged attack on his coaching center on Thursday. After the video surfaced, the police took immediate action and arrested two security guards.

Has FIR been registered against Khan Sir?

During the police action, both the arrested guards were interrogated. After this, a case was registered against Khan Sir under sections related to Arms Act and attempt to murder. After the FIR was registered, the police intensified the investigation of the case.

After the demand for arrest of Khan Sir was raised, senior officers of Patna Police also held a meeting regarding the matter. According to the information, after this meeting held under the leadership of Patna IG, the police intensified its action. Since then the discussion about Khan Sir not appearing in public started.

What did the police say?

Patna Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kartikeya Sharma, reacting to the matter, said that the persons seen in the video have been arrested and sent to jail. Their weapons have also been confiscated. He said that the police is collecting evidence in the entire case and action will be taken against those against whom sufficient evidence is found as per law.

What did the security guards say?

Quoting sources, it is also being claimed that the arrested security guards, during interrogation, have admitted to firing on the instructions of Khan sir. However, no detailed official statement has been issued by the police in this regard and the investigation is ongoing. There is also discussion regarding the matter that action has already been taken against Roshan sir, the director of Gyan Bindu Institute, on similar allegations. In such a situation, the police is keeping an eye on this matter also. At present the police is investigating and further action will be taken on the basis of evidence.

On the other hand, the administration is very cautious in view of the presence of students and the increasing crowd outside the coaching center. Additional security forces have been deployed to maintain law and order and the entire incident is being monitored.
