PM Modi held a meeting with the members of the Economic Advisory Council, know what issues were discussed
New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday met with members of the ‘Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council’ (EAC-PM) to discuss ways to further accelerate India’s economic growth amid global uncertainties. Official sources said that various reforms related to further improving ‘ease of living’ and ‘ease of doing business’ were also discussed in this meeting.
The Prime Minister and members of his Advisory Council discussed a number of ideas and policy measures to strengthen economic growth amid the current global circumstances. Sources said that the possible impact of the ongoing conflict in West Asia on India and the global economy was also assessed in the meeting. During this, the members of EAC-PM also presented their analysis regarding the current economic situation and future challenges.
