The defending world champions are set to begin their title defence on Tuesday, June 16, at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, with Messi expected to start after recovering from a recent muscle issue.
Ticket prices cross $1,000
Demand for Argentina’s opening match has remained extremely strong, with resale ticket prices climbing above the $1,000 mark.
According to ticket marketplace listings, the cheapest available seats were priced at approximately $1,009 at the time of publication. Fans seeking lower-level seating closer to the pitch were required to pay upwards of $1,226.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 10:00 pm ET.
