Big disclosure by USA, Grok AI used in war against Iran, targeted 2000 targets in 96 hours

The American government has made a big disclosure. He told that Grok Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool of Elon Musk’s company xAI was used in the ongoing war against Iran. This information came to light when the US Justice Department defended the xAI company in a legal case.

Pentagon’s Chief Digital and AI Officer Cameron Stanley has confirmed this while testifying in the court. He told that Grok AI has been made a part of American military operations. He also said that maintaining the capacity of the data center from which this AI is run is very important for the security of the country.

According to reports, an agreement was signed between xAI and the US Department of Defense on 23 February 2026. After this, a special version of Grok, ‘Grok Gov Model’, was added to military systems. This AI was used during ‘Operation Epic Fury’, in which the US military attacked 2,000 different targets in Iran within just 96 hours.

Earlier, the US Army used Anthropic company’s Claude AI for Project Maven, but later it was removed and Grok was introduced. This war between America and Israel with Iran started on 28 February 2026.

However, now serious questions are being raised on the use of AI in war. Some experts say that AI may have played a role in the attack on a girls’ school in Minab city of Iran, in which about 175 people died and most of them were children.
