2026 Citroen eC3X Launched With Improved Range, New Features and Attractive Pricing
Citroen India has launched the updated 2026 eC3X electric hatchback in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The new model is priced Rs 1.74 lakh lower than its predecessor, making it a more attractive option for buyers looking to switch to electric mobility.
The company is also offering an optional Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) plan. Under this scheme, customers can purchase the vehicle at a significantly lower upfront cost of Rs 6.89 lakh, while paying Rs 2.26 per kilometre for battery usage.
Bookings for the electric hatchback have begun through Citroen dealerships and the company’s official website, with deliveries expected to commence shortly.
Battery, Range and Performance
The 2026 eC3X continues to use a 29.2kWh battery pack, but now delivers an improved MIDC-certified driving range of 325km, an increase of 79km compared to the previous version.
Power comes from a front-mounted electric motor producing 57hp and 143Nm of torque.
