Another student dies before NEET exam, Jatin commits suicide in Ghaziabad
Just before the NEET exam, a 22-year-old student committed suicide in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Earlier, two candidates had also committed suicide in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad and Uttarakhand’s capital Dehradun. The student who took the dreadful step in Ghaziabad has been identified as Jatin Kumar. A video has also been found from Jatin’s phone. Now on the basis of this video the police has intensified the investigation.
According to the police, the incident took place in H-Block of Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad. Jatin was preparing for NEET. The family told that Jatin studied by walking till midnight on Thursday. When they went to wake him up in the morning, he was found dead. The matter was immediately informed to the police. Police and forensic team of Vijay Nagar police station reached the spot.

Police said they found Jatin’s body lying on the floor and the rope tied to the ceiling fan was broken. It is being told that Jatin was the only son of his parents. After this dreadful step, there is mourning in the entire family. On the other hand, during the investigation, the police found a video of 1 minute and 4 seconds from Jatin’s mobile. In the video, Jatin showed his entire room. He pointed towards the noose hanging from the ceiling fan and said, ‘I was thinking of doing something different today.’
Assistant Police Commissioner Upasana Pandey said that a video of the student has been found. The body has been sent for post-mortem. Police are investigating the video and the case from every aspect.

Based on the video, police said that Jatin was not under stress due to NEET exam. Nor was there any pressure on him. In the video he also told that his father had told him not to take exam stress. He further said that I want to pass the exam. If passed then people will watch the video. The recording ends the next moment. Now the police will also investigate the video.
Vijayanagar police station received information about the suicide of a young man (22 years) at 8:00 am on March 19. On receiving this information, Vijayanagar police station immediately reached the spot and the family members were informed. Panchayatnama and post-mortem proceedings were conducted after taking the dead body into their custody. A video was made by the youth before committing suicide, which is being investigated by the police. Other facts in this regard are also being investigated. Necessary legal action will be implemented. ‘He was a very happy child’
A family member said that he was not present there at the time of the incident. Jatin was a cheerful and very good natured person. There was no pressure of NEET exam on the child or the family. By 8 pm he was talking very lovingly to his grandfather. We are all very surprised by this move.
