MLA Madan Lal Bagga inaugurated the 22 foot road to be built at a cost of Rs 1.5 crore in Uttari Assembly.

Ludhiana The inauguration of the construction work of 22 feet road made of RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) in Ludhiana Assembly North was inaugurated by MLA Chaudhary Madan Lal Bagga. The construction of this project will cost around Rs 1.5 crore. On this occasion, local residents and party workers including Councilor Pushpendra Bhanot, Councilor Narendra Bhardwaj, and Gurveer Golu Bajwa were present. Addressing the gathering, MLA Madan Lal Bagga, while giving information about the development works done during his tenure as MLA, said that a network of roads is being laid in the assembly constituency. The Punjab government and the local administration are continuously striving for the all-round development of the area. The construction of a 22 feet road to be built at a cost of about Rs 1.5 crore will provide better transportation facilities to thousands of people and the traffic system in the area will also be smooth. Bagga said that RMC roads are more durable and stronger, which will provide better road facilities to the people in the long run. Referring to the success of the scheme of Rs 10 lakh per family for free treatment by the Punjab government, he said that under the Maawan Dhiyan scheme, soon Rs 1500 will be transferred to the account of every SC woman and Rs 1000 each will be transferred to the account of women belonging to the general category.
