Jamrani Dam construction stopped! Requirement of 10 thousand liters of diesel every day, getting only 200 liters

Haldwani, Read: The Center has banned the sale of high speed diesel in the Jamrani Dam Project. The construction of Jamrani Dam is being affected due to availability of maximum 200 liters of diesel whereas 10 thousand liters of high speed diesel is required here every day. At present, Nainital DM has written a letter to the government demanding exemption for this project so that diesel is supplied in sufficient quantity and the project is not affected.

According to officials, the Central Government decided to control the sale of high speed diesel by issuing a gazette notification on June 11. Under this, only a maximum of 200 liters of high speed diesel can be given to one person/vehicle at a time. Here, Jamrani Dam Project is a huge and important project of Kumaon.

The project manager has written a letter to Nainital DM Lalit Mohan Rayal demanding to provide 10 thousand liters of high speed diesel every day.
