IND vs IRE: Team India bowling first, wait for Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s debut increased

The second and last match of the 2-match T20 series between India and Ireland is being played today (28 June) in Belfast. Indian captain Shreyas has once again won the toss and decided to bowl first. Team India has entered with two changes. Washington Sundar and the famous Krishna have been shown the door. He has been replaced by Suryansh Shedge and Prince Yadav. Shedge is starting his international career. Prince, who recently made his ODI debut, has now got the T20 debut cap as well.

Team India is lagging behind in the series

The world champion Indian team had to face defeat by 34 runs in the first T20 match. After scoring 182 runs, Ireland bowled out Team India for 148 runs in 18.5 overs and took a 1-0 lead in the series. The Irish team, which is looking towards a historic series win, has not made any changes in its playing XI. Harry Tector is playing the 100th match of his T20 International career.

Vaibhav did not get a chance again

15 year old Vaibhav Suryavanshi has not got a chance once again. He will have to wait for his international debut. The pair of Abhishek Sharma and Sanju Samson will start the innings. Ishan Kishan will come at number-3. After this Captain Shreyas will descend. Arshdeep Singh will lead the fast bowling. He will get the support of Harshit Rana and Prince. Shivam Dubey and Suryansh are also options for pace bowling. The Indian team has entered with only one specialist spinner.
