Read, Digital Desk : The Ministry of External Affairs on Sunday strongly condemned the recent terrorist attack in Karachi. India rejected Pakistan’s allegations and advised Islamabad to take credible action against terrorism instead of pointing fingers.
The Ministry of External Affairs said Pakistan must break its habit of relying on terrorism. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, “We have seen Pakistani reports making baseless allegations against India regarding the recent incident in Karachi. We completely reject these.”

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Jaiswal said that instead of pointing fingers at others, Pakistan should introspect and take concrete action against the terrorist infrastructure it nurtures within its territory.
Understand the whole matter
It should be noted that four soldiers were killed and several others injured in a suicide attack on the headquarters of the paramilitary Border Rangers in Karachi, Pakistan, on Saturday night. It is reported that a vehicle loaded with explosives rammed into the headquarters building. This resulted in an explosion followed by gunfire. Furthermore, it is reported that the situation was brought under control after prolonged exchanges of fire from both sides.
Three militants were also killed.
According to the news agency Reuters, three militants involved in the attack were also killed. Several universities and the Meteorological Department office are located near the site of the incident. Security forces have cordoned off the area, and normal vehicular traffic has been blocked. No organization has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
In a statement, the army said security forces killed three attackers and captured a fourth, who was wounded. The captured suspect was identified as an Afghan national. The army said operations were ongoing in the area and warned that Pakistan would retaliate against those responsible for the attack.
Pakistan has carried out airstrikes inside Afghanistan in recent years, saying they targeted militants responsible for attacks inside Pakistan. Kabul has repeatedly denied that it has allowed militant groups to use Afghan territory to launch cross-border attacks.
Pakistan has seen a sharp rise in terrorist attacks targeting police and security forces in recent years. The military said operations were still underway to eliminate the attackers’ remaining associates.
