‘Missing Ladies’ actor Satendra Soni reaches Mumbai, thanks for help

Recently, she shared an emotional video on social media alleging harassment and threats during the film shooting, which has created a stir in the industry.

Controversy over demanding money during shooting

Satendra Soni alleged that he had reached Maihar in Madhya Pradesh for the shooting of the film ‘Ped Palki’. According to him, he was given Rs 50,000 as signing amount and was assured to pay the rest during the shooting.

But when he asked for his fees after 8 days of shooting, he was reportedly thrown out of the project and asked to leave the hotel.

The actor made serious allegations against director Pushpendra Singh and said that he was not only removed from the project but was also given death threats. After this video surfaced, the matter quickly went viral on social media.

AICWA demanded FIR

After this incident, ‘All Indian Cine Workers Association’ (AICWA) has demanded the Madhya Pradesh government to register an FIR against the makers of the film ‘Ped Palki’. The organization said that artists should get timely payment, security and respect.

After the matter gained prominence, many celebs and people associated with the film industry supported Satendra Soni. As the matter escalated, he was taken to Mumbai in a safe condition with the help of administration and police.

After reaching Mumbai, Satendra Soni thanked everyone by sharing another video. He expressed gratitude to the police administration, local officials and all those who helped him in difficult times.
