Former SP MLA Haji Rizwan and Azam Khan’s close aide Yusuf Malik accused of cheating Rs 1 crore 27 lakh 86 thousand, case registered
Moradabad:- A case of fraud has been registered against 4 people including former SP MLA from Kundarki Haji Rizwan, wife Shama Parveen, son Haji Zubair, SP leader Yusuf Malik, close to Azam Khan. The victim has been accused of taking a deal of land worth Rs 1,27,86,000 in the name of a school (land use change) and also of getting a fake receipt made in the name of a government department. For changing the land use, the amount was given through online, transaction and cash payment. The victim Abdul Mustafa met SSP Satpal Antil and gave a complaint letter. After investigating the complaint letter, the SSP gave orders to Kundarki police to take action.

Victim Abdul Mustafa accused the former MLA of fraud: –
Former Samajwadi Party MLA Haji Rizwan, son Haji Zubair and his wife Shama Parveen as well as Yusuf Malik, a close aide of Azam Khan, defrauded him in a deal to sell the school land and took Rs 10 lakh from the victim to get a receipt issued with the intention of getting the land use changed and a fake receipt marked Rs 6,11,390 was given in the name of UP Land Use Department, UP Government, Lucknow. When asked about the remaining money, he told that it was spent on bribery. The applicants trusted these people and a deal was finalized for Rs 4 crore 48 lakh and Rs 25 lakh was given online and in cash as earnest money.
Fraud in the name of changing the land use of the school:-
Victim Abdul Mustafa told that in the name of changing the land use of the school, all these people have fraudulently embezzled Rs 1,27,86,000 from the victim. When the applicant strictly asked for land use change, these people gave a fake receipt to the applicant. When the victim got these receipts checked, it came to light that the victim had been defrauded. They reached the police station to inform the applicants about this, but due to the political influence of the said people, the applicants were not heard.

SP leader Yusuf Malik took money and is not getting the land registered: –
In another case, the victim Abdul Mustafa told that on December 21, 2023, the deal of Yusuf Malik for three and a half bigha land of village Badhera, area Dilari Vivekananda Marg, whose Gata number was 300/1 hectare, was fixed at Rs 52 lakh 50 from Rs 15 lakh per bigha. In which Mau Yusuf Malik is not registering even after taking Rs 33 lakh 36 thousand.
The police have investigated the victim’s complaint and registered a case.
