He was very saddened by Ketan’s death. Recently, Devichand had also participated in the candle march to get justice for his grandson.

During the candle march held in Ketan’s memory, his grandfather Devi Chand Aggarwal had said that a big betrayal had happened. Our own people have committed this betrayal. Devichand had said that we had old relations with Siya Goyal’s family. He knew, but still did not stop. Devichand had said that Sia’s family intended to put pressure on her to marry Ketan Aggarwal. He had also demanded death sentence for Siya and Chetan. Now Ketan’s family has suffered a second shock in a month due to the death of Devichand.

A case has been registered against Siya and Chetan at Lonavala police station of Pune Rural Police. Pune Rural Police alleges that Siya Goyal and Chetan hatched a conspiracy and murdered Ketan Aggarwal. The incident is of June 18. Siya had taken Ketan Aggarwal to Lohagarh Fort on the pretext of celebrating her birthday. Police say that Chetan Chaudhary also reached there and then he murdered Ketan by pushing him into a deep ditch below the fort. At the same time, Ketan’s father Vishal Aggarwal claims that Sia had also pushed Ketan from a height at Lohagarh Fort on June 14. At that time Ketan caught hold of a bush and saved himself from falling. After this, Siya hugged Ketan screaming ‘snake-snake’. Because of which Ketan did not suspect that there was an attempt to murder him.
