Relief to accused Nida Khan in TCS case, Nashik court grants bail
Nashik court in Maharashtra has granted bail to Nida Khan, accused in the case of conversion and sexual harassment in a BPO associated with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). This decision was taken during the hearing on Monday, after which he has got a big legal relief. This matter has been in discussion for the last several months and the investigation was intensified after the names of many employees came to light.
This matter came to light in early 2026. At that time, some women employees of a BPO unit associated with TCS in Nashik had made serious allegations against their colleagues and supervisors. They said that they were sexually harassed and exploited and in some cases even pressured to change their religion. Following these complaints, Nashik Police registered several FIRs between March-April 2026 and a Special Investigation Team (SIT) was also formed to investigate the entire matter.
