The woman was beaten inside the house and her clothes were torn; Murderous attack on husband who came to save him

Moradabad. A sensational incident showing disregard for law and order has come to light from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. In a village in the Dilari police station area, the bullies not only entered a woman’s house and misbehaved with her, but also brutally beat her husband who came to intervene. There is an atmosphere of panic in the area due to this hooliganism of the bullies. The victim somehow saved her life and reached the police station and lodged a named complaint against the accused. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police have registered a case under several serious sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) and have started investigating the matter.

Actually, this whole dispute started over a minor embankment and removal of soil, which soon took the form of a bloody conflict. According to the complaint given to the Dilari police, Aamna, a resident of village Nangla Tahar Sayyadpura, had placed mud on the wall on her own land to protect her house from rain and damp water. It is alleged that right next to his house, two real brothers of the same village – Mosim alias Kashmiri and Nasir (son of Salim) – have a farm. At around 9 am on Thursday, these two brothers forcibly started cutting the soil and mixing it in their fields. When the woman protested against this illegal occupation of her land, the accused became enraged and started abusing.

Entered the house and misbehaved, even beat up the husband who came to save her

The victim alleges that when she protested, Mosim and Nasir forcibly entered her house. He abused the woman for her mother and sister and started molesting her with bad intentions. During this, the bullies even tore the woman’s clothes and started beating her mercilessly. Hearing the screams inside the house, when the woman’s husband Aziz ran to save her, the accused did not spare him either. The bullies attacked Aziz with sticks and left him bleeding.

According to the local people, hearing the screams and noise, the nearby neighbors and people of the locality gathered on the spot. Seeing the crowd coming towards them, the accused got a little scared. After this, the local people somehow intervened and freed the victim and her husband from the clutches of those bullies. The victim’s family says that the accused are very arrogant and domineering in the village, due to which no one dares to speak in front of them. After committing the crime, both the brothers fled from the spot, but while leaving they threatened the victim’s family that if they reported the matter to the police, they would kill them.

Police registered FIR, Sub-Inspector Arjun Singh engaged in investigation.

Frightened by the threats from the bullies, the victim Aamna somehow reached Dilari police station in hiding and narrated her ordeal to the police. Taking prompt action, the Dilari police station of Moradabad has registered FIR number 0144 on the basis of the written complaint on July 10, 2026 at 11:17 am. Police have registered a case against the accused under sections 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3) and 76 of the Indian Code of Justice (BNS), 2023. The investigation of this entire matter has been handed over to Sub-Inspector (SI) Arjun Singh. Police officials say that efforts are being made to arrest the accused and soon both the brothers will be behind the bars.
