PFI Plots To Murder BJP-RSS Leaders: The dangerous plan of banned organization Popular Front of India i.e. PFI has been exposed. Banned organization PFI had prepared a dangerous plan to kill BJP-RSS leaders and wage war against the country. The Special NIA Court of Patiala House Courts has framed charges against 21 members of PFI including Chairman OMA Salam and Vice Chairman EM Abubakar. The trial against all of them will start from July 29.

The accused are accused of conspiracy against the country, conspiracy to commit terrorist activities, running terror camps by misleading the youth and targeting BJP-RSS leaders. However, all the accused have clearly refused to accept these allegations before the court.

During the earlier hearing itself, the court had issued an order to frame charges against all these 21 accused. NIA had arrested these accused in September 2022 after raids from different parts of the country. Since then all these accused are in judicial custody. According to the investigation, these leaders have been charged with the crimes of raising funds for a terrorist organization, conspiring for terrorist activities, organizing terror camps by misleading the youth and recruiting new members for terrorist activities. The special NIA court of Patiala House has framed charges against the accused under very serious sections. These include cases like hatching a criminal conspiracy against the country and waging war. Charges are also included under several sections of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) and the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

BJP and RSS leaders were the target

According to the investigating agency NIA, the real objective of these accused was to attack big and prominent officials of BJP and RSS. Proper targets were set for this. Security agencies have revealed in their investigation that the accused were planning a big and dangerous conspiracy to establish a Sharia-based Islamic caliphate in India by the year 2047. To carry out this work, funds were also being raised on a large scale from within the country and abroad.
