Show cause notice and suspension
Prima facie allegations of serious irregularities in the discharge of his official responsibilities had come to light against Pramod Nautiyal. After these serious allegations, a show cause notice was issued to him on July 3, 2026 and an explanation was sought. The clarifications received during the investigation and the preliminary report of the Committee were examined very closely. In this trial, all the allegations leveled against Pramod Nautiyal were prima facie found to be completely true.
