Tata Punch EV crash test: Indian leading automobile manufacturer Tata's electric car Tata Punch EV Facelift has given excellent performance and has received 5-star rating in Adult Occupant Protection (AOP) and Child Occupant Protection (COP) categories. With this, Tata once again proved that it has no competition in terms of safety.

Apart from this, it got 45 marks out of 49 in terms of child safety. However, the adult protection score has dropped slightly in comparison to the 2024 model, but still maintains the 5-star rating. In terms of child safety, this car has performed as well as the free-facelift. In this challenge, Punch EV got 45 points out of 49, in which the children sitting in the rear seats remained completely safe in every test. It has ISOFIX child seat anchor, which plays a big role in safety.

Base Model Safety Features
The best thing about Tata Motors is that the company has not limited safety to any expensive variant. Features like electronic stability control, side-head curtain airbags, pedestrian protection and seat belt reminder for all seats have been provided as standard right from the very base model of the Punch EV facelift. The rear seats also get ISOFIX anchors for installing child seats.
