Christopher Nolan removed his Oscars from office while writing ‘The Odyssey’
Christopher Nolan has unveiled that he removed all his Oscar trophies away from his office while he was writing the Odyssey.
At present, the Dark Knight director is busy promoting his much-awaited new project, which is set to hit theatres on July 17.
The Greek epic is based on Homer’s poem of the same name led by Matt Damon.

In one of the promotional interviews, Nolan disclosed that his son was away during the time he was writing the movie.
When he returned, his kid noticed that all his Academy award trophies were missing from the shelf.
The British American filmmaker told BBC, “My son walked into my office while I was writing the Odyssey and said, ‘you know where are your Oscars?”
Chris shared that he shared his reason behind this move and his son gave him the perfect response in return.
“I said to him very seriously, ‘well I’m trying to write a new project if we’ve got Oscars sitting there on the shelf think about how daunting it would be”, said the Interstellar maker.
Nolan’s son looked at him and simply just said that “but you didn’t win for writing”, leaving his father speechless.
After Oppenheimer’s success, The Odyssey is highly anticipated film of the Oscar winning director that also features Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Robert Pattinson and Charlize Theron.
