Now coaching institutes will not be sealed: Big assurance from LDA, closed institutes will also be opened
Lucknow. A big relief news has emerged amid the ongoing sealing action on coaching institutes in the capital. In the talks held with the joint delegation of Uttar Pradesh Coaching Association and Uttar Pradesh Industry Trade Board, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) administration has made it clear that now no coaching institute will be sealed without proper reason. Besides, already sealed institutions are also being opened in a phased manner.
Under the leadership of Uttar Pradesh Coaching Association state spokesperson Manish Raghav and state media in-charge Kamlesh Tripathi, the delegation reached the LDA office and submitted a memorandum related to the problems of the coaching operators. In the absence of LDA Vice President, Additional Secretary Gyanendra Kumar held detailed talks with the delegation.
During the meeting, the Additional Secretary assured the delegation that if no complaint is received against a coaching institute operating in a residential area, no action will be taken against it. He also said that no institute will be sealed without sufficient reason and the institutes which have already been sealed are also being opened as per the rules.
The LDA administration also assured that adequate time will be given to the institutions to ensure compliance with the standards and the problems of the coaching operators will be listened to seriously and resolved.
State spokesperson of Uttar Pradesh Coaching Association, Manish Raghav said that the association will continue to work strongly to protect the rights and interests of all the coaching operators of the state. He said that in future too, injustice will not be allowed to any operator and the organization will continue to struggle to solve their problems.
