Rajasthan Dungri Chutney Recipe
First Step: To make the chutney, peel and wash one large onion and then finely chop it. Finely chop a tomato and add it to the bowl. Add finely chopped coriander leaves. Now, thoroughly crush 10-12 garlic cloves. Add 10-15 roasted peanuts and crush them thoroughly with the garlic. Mix the garlic and peanuts with the onion and tomato.
Step Two: Add spices, spicy red chili powder, salt, and a drizzle of hot mustard oil. You can adjust the amount of oil as needed. We’re using about 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil has cooled slightly, knead it thoroughly with your hands.
