Delhi Police arrested a Bangladeshi, who was involved in illegal activities disguised as a eunuch.

Delhi Police has detained a 44-year-old Bangladeshi citizen who was living illegally and roaming in Jahangirpuri area disguised as a eunuch. The accused was caught during a special operation conducted by North West District’s Foreigner Cell against illegal foreign nationals.

This person named Sukant Chandra Das alias Madhuri was living in India illegally without a valid passport and visa. Even he did not have any other document.

According to Delhi Police, during a special operation conducted in the early hours under the Bhalswa flyover, the police received a secret information about a suspicious person. Who was allegedly living illegally in India for a long time. The police team reached the spot and detained him.

During police interrogation, he told that he was originally a resident of Ghazipur in Dhaka district of Bangladesh. During interrogation, accused Sukanta allegedly admitted that he used to go out at night wearing the dress of a eunuch and was involved in illegal activities.

Police further said that during the investigation, a smartphone was recovered from the accused in which the banned IMO app was installed. It is a video-calling and messaging mobile application, which is banned in India. Apart from this, documents related to national identity cards of Bangladesh have also been found in the gallery of his mobile.

After arresting the accused, he was produced before the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO). Under a process, action has been started to send him to Bangladesh.
