America bombed Iran for the seventh consecutive night, Tehran warned of ‘great war’

Washington. The military conflict between America and Iran has now reached its peak. The US Army United States Central Command (CENTCOM) carried out heavy bombardment on different targets in Iran for the seventh consecutive night on Friday. After this military action, Iran has openly warned America that if these attacks are not stopped, it will launch a large-scale offensive campaign, after which no border in the region will be left safe.

Heavy damage to civilian infrastructure in the attacks

According to America’s Central Command, American fighter planes, drones and warships targeted the Strait of Hormuz and areas around Bandar Abbas in southern Iran. These attacks are claimed to have destroyed Iran’s military logistics infrastructure, surveillance sites and underground weapons depots. At the same time, according to Iranian media reports, the American bombing has caused heavy damage to civil infrastructure including at least five important bridges, a railway station and an airport.

Iran’s stern warning

Enraged by the US strikes, Major General ‘Mohsen Razai’, senior military advisor to Iran’s supreme leader, warned through the state news agency that Iran will no longer be limited to only the same level of retaliation. Furthermore he said that if the US continued the bombing, Tehran would launch a full-scale military operation. Now the link to talks during the war has ended.

counterattack on American targets

Let us tell you that meanwhile, in retaliation, Iran has targeted American military assets and bases in Gulf countries like Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan. Apart from this, in response to US President Donald Trump’s threat to take control of Iran’s main oil export center ‘Kharg Island’, Iran’s National Security Committee spokesperson ‘Ebrahim Rezaei’ said that if America made any such attempt, not a single American soldier would be able to return alive to his homeland.

Why did the latest controversy start?

According to experts, this tension started after the attack on a commercial freight carrier ship in the Strait of Hormuz and the failure of peace talks between the two countries. Due to this, America considered it a direct violation of the ceasefire agreement and started a series of air strikes to weaken Iran’s military capability, due to which now a major war crisis has engulfed the entire Middle East.
