Samantha believes that a good morning affects the entire day. She tried many morning routines, but ultimately discovered a simple one, which she calls her ‘Power Morning’. According to him, weight gain, skin problems and other health issues are linked to our daily habits. Stress hormones are naturally higher in the body when you wake up in the morning, so it’s essential to start the day off on the right foot.
First tip for morning routine
1. Stay away from the phone for an hour after waking up in the morning
Samantha suggests that instead of checking your mobile, social media or messages as soon as you wake up in the morning, focus on yourself. In this way, start the day without any distraction, which keeps the mind calm, increases concentration and maintains positivity throughout the day.
2. Intentional breathing (take deep breaths)
According to Samantha, breathing deeply and slowly for a few minutes in the morning benefits both the body and mind. This provides relaxation to the body and mental peace. This simple habit helps reduce stress and can also aid in fat burn by improving metabolism.
3. Take morning sunlight
Samantha says that about 10 minutes after waking up in the morning, one should sit or walk in the sun for a while. Light morning sunlight helps in maintaining the energy of the body.
4. Morning detox drink
She consumes a detox drink every morning to keep her body hydrated and improve digestion. It can be made by adding lemon, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, a pinch of red chili powder (if desired) and a little organic olive oil to lukewarm water.
5. Have a balanced breakfast
Always start the day with a healthy and balanced breakfast. Avoid eating junk food or food on an empty stomach in the morning, so that the body can get the necessary nutrition.
6. Keep the body active
