Make potato tomato curry without onion and garlic

This spicy potato-tomato curry: Even without onion and garlic, potato-tomato curry can be so tasty that the eaters keep licking their fingers. Often, during pujas, festivals or fasting days, we cook food without garlic and onion, but there is a complaint that the gravy is not as thick and spicy as in dhaba. But now there is no need to panic. Because here we have brought for you an easy recipe of spicy potato and tomato vegetable. Material

Boiled potatoes – 5-6
Tomato – 3
Green chilli – 1 to 2
Spices – Turmeric, Coriander, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala
Kasuri Methi
Salt- as per taste

First of all, take 5-6 potatoes and wash them thoroughly with clean water. After this, put it in the cooker and boil it.

Step 2
When the potato is boiled, keep it aside to cool so that it becomes easier to remove its peel.

Step 3
Now take 3 tomatoes and chop them finely. After this, take green chillies and cut them into long pieces.

Step 4
After this, put the pan on the gas and let it heat. Then add 2 spoons of oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add some Kasuri Methi, green chillies and finely chopped tomatoes to it.

Step 5
Fry it for 5 minutes. When tomatoes start melting, add turmeric, coriander, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt as per taste and fry. Keep adding some water in between so that the masala does not burn.

Step 6
When the spices are roasted, mash a potato well and add it. This will thicken the gravy.

Step 7
When the spices and potatoes are fried well, add the boiled potatoes by breaking them with hands and fry it with the spices for 10 minutes. When the potatoes and spices are fried well, add water as per requirement and let it boil.

Step 8
After boiling, turn off the gas and serve it with roti, puri or paratha.
