Mumbai: Katrina Kaif is reportedly being considered for a special role in Prabhas’ upcoming film ‘Spirit’ following Deepika Padukone’s exit from the project.
While there has been no official confirmation yet, the latest development has sparked speculation about whether Katrina could join the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial.
According to a report by Pinkvilla, the makers of ‘Spirit’ are reportedly considering Katrina for a special role in the film.
Although her screen time is expected to be limited, her character is said to hold significant importance in the narrative and appear at a crucial point in the story.
Meanwhile, Triptii Dimri will make her debut as the leading lady opposite Prabhas in the film.
According to The Hollywood Reporter India, Deepika was reportedly dropped from the project after Vanga allegedly disagreed with the terms she had sought.
Reports claim that the actor had demanded a ₹40 crore fee along with a share of the film’s profits.
