Mulayam Singh Yadav’s dream Saifai Rural Medical Sciences Institute fulfilled by BJP: Chief Minister Yogi
Etawah. Referring to Saifai Medical Institute, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that late Mulayam Singh Yadav had decided to build Saifai Rural Medical Institute, but despite being the Chief Minister for five years, Akhilesh Yadav could not take it forward. The BJP government completed a 500-bed Super Specialty Block at a cost of Rs 490 crore, while a 300-bed Gynecology Block was also constructed at a cost of Rs 232 crore, due to which the institute is developing rapidly.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday inaugurated/laid the foundation stone of 128 development projects worth Rs 604 crore in Etawah, Jaswantnagar and Bharthana assembly constituencies. During this, CM Yogi also distributed certificates to the beneficiaries of various schemes.
Making a sharp attack on SP, CM Yogi said that development work could have been done in Uttar Pradesh earlier also, but it required willpower and time. Babua used to wake up at 12 noon, get ready by 2 o’clock, go to the gym at 5 o’clock and have a gathering at 7 o’clock. Where was the time for people and development? This was the reason why the state and Etawah continued to struggle with identity crisis for a long time. Earlier the youth of Etawah were facing identity crisis, but now they get the same respect in the state and country as the people of other districts of Uttar Pradesh. The double engine government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has worked to change the identity of Etawah.
The state has now become a center of celebration, development and investment.
The Chief Minister said that before 2017, there was an atmosphere of crime, fear and anarchy in the entire state including Etawah. People were afraid to even pass through this area. At that time there was no investment in the state because people were apprehensive about their security. After the formation of the Bharatiya Janata Party government, a policy of zero tolerance against crime and criminals was adopted and strict action was taken against organized crime and mafia. Whatever BJP said, it did. Earlier, mafias were active in every district of the state and the identity of Uttar Pradesh was associated with riots, curfew, anarchy and organized crime. Due to this, an identity crisis had arisen before the youth, farmers, artisans and common citizens. Now the same state has changed. In Uttar Pradesh, the identity of One District-One Mafia, One District-One Medical College, One District-One Product and One District-One Cuisine has been created. Today in Uttar Pradesh there is neither riot, nor curfew, nor disturbance nor organized crime is prevalent. The state has now become a center of celebration, development and investment. Today, wherever a citizen of Uttar Pradesh goes, he gets respect and the new identity of the state has been established across the country.

The benefits of the schemes are reaching the eligible people directly
The Chief Minister said that at one time leaders associated with socialist ideology tried to work on the ground, but later the politics of familyism and dynasty affected the entire system. According to him, everything from jobs to development schemes had been taken over by a syndicate, due to which youth, farmers and workers could not get their rights. For this reason, Uttar Pradesh was called Bimaru State for a long time. Today Uttar Pradesh has emerged as the growth engine of India’s economy. Earlier, funds were available for development, but due to corruption and middlemen, roads, bridges, ITI, polytechnic and other development projects could not be completed. Ration of the poor and benefits of government schemes were also snatched away. Now the benefits of government schemes are reaching the eligible people directly. The poor are getting free ration and cashless treatment facility up to Rs 5 lakh is being provided under the Ayushman Bharat scheme. Recently, cashless medical facility of up to Rs 5 lakh has been provided to teachers and non-teaching staff of basic education, secondary education, Shikshamitras, instructors and higher educational institutions.
Earlier the state was under the control of Saifai Syndicate.
The Chief Minister said that earlier the poor used to struggle with disease and hunger, whereas today the government is working to make their lives safe without any discrimination. The objective of the government is to reach the benefits of development schemes to the last person and make Uttar Pradesh the leading state of the country. Earlier the state was under the control of Saifai Syndicate and jobs were given not on the basis of merit but on the basis of recommendation and money. Today, with complete transparency in the state, youth are being given appointments on the basis of their merit. When they distribute appointment letters and a youth from Etawah gets selected on the basis of his hard work and merit and receives the appointment letter, then he feels very happy. He asks the youth whether any recommendation was required, to which the reply is that the appointment has been given only on the basis of merit. Today, the youth of Etawah are making place in the merit list of Uttar Pradesh and are also achieving success in all India competitive examinations, whereas this was not possible before 2017.
Earlier money was spent on the boundaries of cemeteries instead of temples.

The Chief Minister said that earlier also government funds were available, but it was not spent on beautification of temples. That money was spent in building boundary walls of cemeteries. Before 2017, the Samajwadi government was not concerned about the faith of the people. At that time, Kanwar Yatra was banned, Shri Krishna Janmashtami celebrations were stopped, Ram Navami processions were banned and Durga Puja pandals were also not allowed to be set up. There has been no riot, no disturbance, no anarchy and no hooliganism in the state in the last nine and a half years. He said that before 2017, both daughters and businessmen were unsafe in the state. Elite families in western Uttar Pradesh were forced to send their daughters to relatives or to hostels. Today daughters are going to school and college from the safety of their homes and businessmen are also doing their business without fear. The government has a clear policy that there are only two places for those who breach the security of the daughter and the businessman – jail or hell. There will be no third place.
Etawah was infamous due to Saifai Syndicate
The Chief Minister said that Saifai Syndicate could never have made such a law and order announcement because the goons were associated with them. At that time, there was a saying among the people that “Dekh Sapai, Bitiya Ghabrai. The image of Etawah and Mainpuri was also affected. Today the situation has completely changed and Etawah gets the same respect that cities like Lucknow and Prayagraj get. The BJP government is committed to the development of Etawah and for this purpose, various development projects worth Rs 604 crore are being gifted. The public has expressed trust in the BJP and the government is repaying the same trust through development. Taking off.
2.33 lakh families will join Jal Jeevan Mission
The Chief Minister said that under Jal Jeevan Mission, work is going on in 540 villages at a cost of about Rs 1,000 crore. In the fourth phase, a target has been set to connect 2 lakh 33 thousand families with the Har Ghar Nal Yojana. Etawah has direct connectivity with Bundelkhand through Bundelkhand Expressway. Industrial clusters are being developed in Bharthana and Takha. Etawah is also included in the plan to connect Ganga Expressway with Shahjahanpur, Farrukhabad, Agra-Lucknow Expressway and Bundelkhand Expressway. For this, 108 hectares of land is being acquired in the district. Signature Bridge is being constructed on Chambal River on Etawah-Gwalior National Highway-92 at a cost of Rs 296 crore. The construction work of Etawah-Kannauj NH-91A at a cost of Rs 344 crore is in progress, while the construction of NH-92 on Etawah to Kari route has been completed at a cost of Rs 228 crore. Funds have also been sanctioned for construction of two-lane railway overbridge on Kanpur-Tundla rail section, additional bridge approach road on Yamuna river, railway flyover and bypass in Etawah at a cost of about Rs 800 crore, construction of Bharthana bypass, strengthening of Bakewar-Lucknow road and Lion Safari bypass.

The Chief Minister said that the double engine government has also approved the construction of paramedical residential building at a cost of Rs 90 crore. All these projects are important steps towards the overall development and better infrastructure of Etawah. Development work could have been done in the state earlier also, but it required time and willpower. Earlier there was no time for people and development, this was the reason why Uttar Pradesh was struggling with identity crisis. Before 2017, whenever a job was available, the uncle-nephew duo would become active. Appointments were not made on the basis of merit, due to which courts had to stay and youth were deprived of employment. Goons and mafia were created in every district. Sand mafia, land mafia, cattle mafia and forest mafia had made life difficult for the people. Today Uttar Pradesh has become mafia free, goon free, curfew free and nuisance free. Uttar Pradesh is moving forward rapidly to fulfill Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s resolve of a developed India. The state which earlier was lagging behind on every scale, is today becoming a leader in every field. Etawah and Mainpuri have as much role in this development journey as Kanpur and Lucknow.
The poor, farmers, women and youth are the priority of the government.
The Chief Minister said that his government does not discriminate against any district or region. For them, equal development of all the 75 districts of the state is necessary. He referred to the message of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in which poor, farmers, women and youth have been described as the four main castes of the country. To provide employment and self-employment to every youth, schemes like Pradhan Mantri Startup Yojana, Standup Yojana, Digital India, Mission Rozgar, Chief Minister Yuva Udyami Yojana, One District One Product (ODOP) and Vishwakarma Shram Samman are being run. The rules which are for the youth of Lucknow and Gorakhpur are equally applicable to the youth of Etawah and Mainpuri.
Heritage respected, daughters protected
Yogi Adityanath said that when the government waived off the loans of Annadata farmers, the farmers of the entire state got its benefits equally. The benefits of Kisan Samman Nidhi were also extended to all eligible small and marginal farmers. The government made a policy to provide relief to the farmers having private tube wells and provided completely free electricity to 16 lakh farmers of the state. When the government works on the basis of policy, its benefits reach every section equally. The present government has worked to respect the cultural and religious heritage of the state. Be it the protection of the memorials of martyred soldiers, construction of Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, Maa Vindhyavasini Corridor, development of Naimisharanya or the new development plan for Mathura-Vrindavan – all the works are being done without any discrimination. Earlier, festivals were banned, there was robbery in the employment of youth, farmers were in poor condition, artisans were unemployed and women felt unsafe. Today, under the leadership of the double engine government, the state is moving forward on the path of security and development.
Socialists insulted great men
The Chief Minister said that Etawah is emerging as a big junction due to better connectivity and the area should benefit from it. For this, there is a need to give more strength to the double engine government. He appealed to the people to free themselves from the Saifai Syndicate and join the development process to improve the present and brighten the future of the coming generations and respect the heritage of the state. Attacking Samajwadi Party, he said that they did not spare even Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia and also insulted Dalit great men. The name of the district named after Saint Ravidas was changed and the name of Kannauj Medical College named after Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was also removed. After coming to power, his government again renamed Kannauj Medical College after Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. Also, a medical college was constructed in the name of Lokmata Ahilyabai Holkar in Auraiya and her grand statue was installed in Kashi Vishwanath Dham.
