This car, which has maintained its strong hold in the premium MPV segment, will now be offered with a facelift version. Recently, this upcoming model has been seen during testing in the southern parts of the country, due to which many important information regarding its new design and advanced features has come to light.

​Attractive and powerful new exterior

​According to the models seen during testing and media reports, the basic body shape and silhouette of the new Innova Hycross has been retained, but several cosmetic changes are being made to its exterior. Talking about the front profile, it has more sleek and modern looking LED headlights than before. Along with this, the front grille and nose section of the car have been redesigned, which gives it a more aggressive and premium look.

New style alloy wheels can be seen in the side profile of the car, which will distinguish it from the current model. At the same time, tail lamps with new LED elements have been included in the rear part, which will look very attractive at night. Apart from this, features like new rear bumper, panoramic sunroof, shark-fin antenna, integrated roof spoiler, rear wiper and defogger will also be a part of this updated model.

​Hi-tech cabin and luxury features

​Talking about the interior, the cabin of Innova Hycross Facelift is going to be more hi-tech and comfortable than before. A modern infotainment screen will be present on the dashboard of the car, which is expected to have better connectivity and user interface. The company can use new color themes and materials to make the cabin experience premium.

Keeping in mind the comfort of the passengers, it will be provided with ventilated front seats with electrically adjustable seats. Along with this, this time there is a possibility of getting the feature of ventilation in the rear seats also, which will prove to be very comfortable during long journeys. Other key features include 360-degree surround camera, updated connected car technology and panoramic sunroof. In terms of safety, the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) feature will be retained in the top-end variants.

​Powerful performance and powertrain options

​If we talk about mechanical changes, the existing engine options will be continued in Toyota Innova Hycross Facelift. In this, customers will have the option of two powertrains:

​2.0-Liter Naturally Aspirated Petrol Engine: This engine generates power of 173 PS and torque of 204 Nm. It is paired with CVT automatic gearbox.

​2.0-litre Strong-Hybrid Engine: This setup combines a 2.0-litre petrol engine with an electric motor, which together gives a combined power of around 184 PS. This engine comes with e-CVT transmission and is known to provide excellent fuel efficiency (mileage).
