Taking aim at the new anti-paper leak bill and police action, Kejriwal said that making a law is one thing, but the intention to take action against the mafia is most important. He said, "There were many laws earlier also. Those arrested by CBI were released. However, if any strict law is brought, we welcome it."

At the same time, he attacked the Central Government on the police action and cases registered against the protesting students in Bihar and other states and said that this government is breaking its promises to the students.
