Penny Stocks Crash: 14 stocks made investors cry, prices fell by 68%, know which stocks to be cautious of?
Penny Stocks Crash: The last three months have been very difficult for investors investing in low-priced shares (penny stocks) in the stock market. Heavy selling was seen in many stocks with price below Rs 20 and market cap below Rs 1000 crore.
During this period, 14 shares recorded a decline ranging from 25 percent to 68 percent. These shares often attract investors due to their low prices, but their fluctuations are also very high. This is the reason why investors had to suffer huge losses in a short time.

Investors could not save despite low price
All these stocks have seen good trading volumes in recent months, but despite this there is constant selling pressure. Market experts say that before investing in low-priced shares, it is important to assess not only the share price but also the financial condition, business and risk of the company. Due to limited liquidity and high volatility in such stocks, a sudden big fall may be seen.
Pulsar International broke the most
The biggest fall in the last three months was recorded in the shares of Pulsar International. This share fell by almost 68 percent to Rs 0.37. During this period, the investors who invested in it suffered the most loss.

Shares of A-1 Ltd also remained under heavy pressure. In the last three months it declined by about 52 percent and closed at Rs 5.72. Investors’ concerns increased due to continuous selling.

At the same time, shares of Harshil Agrotech also fell by about 26 percent to Rs 0.29.
Keep these things in mind before investing
Low-priced stocks often attract investors in the hope of delivering fast returns, but they also come with equally high risks. Due to limited trading, low liquidity and sharp fluctuations in such shares, investors can suffer huge losses.
Therefore, before investing in any penny stock, it is important to thoroughly assess the company’s fundamentals, financial performance, business quality and risk. Making long-term investment decisions based only on low prices is not considered the right strategy.
