The police had received a complaint related to sexual harassment at this place. After this both were presented in Westminster Magistrates Court, where charges were framed against them.

Four charges against Vijay Aggarwal

According to the police, Delhi-born Vijay Aggarwal faces four charges of sexual assault against two women. It is alleged that three of these incidents took place on August 9 and one on May 26 at the same property. It is alleged that Aggarwal touched the woman inappropriately without her consent and that the touch was of a sexual nature.

Manpreet Kaur also accused

Vijay Aggarwal's personal assistant Manpreet Kaur has been charged with two counts of aiding and abetting the crime. It is alleged that she introduced two women to Aggarwal by posting an alleged fake job advertisement and called them to the same place where the incident took place.

Both the accused have been sent to custody. The next hearing of the case will be held at Southwark Crown Court on September 10. Police had also arrested two other people in connection with the investigation, who have currently been granted bail pending the completion of further investigation.
