It is being told that the man murdered his wife in broad daylight in front of a bank. Wife's name is Divya Mishra (37). She was a relationship manager in ICICI Bank. Manas, accused in the murder case, also left a WhatsApp status before the murder. He confessed to the murder on WhatsApp. He wrote in his WhatsApp status, “Today I have shot and killed my sister. She cheated on me. Now I have to kill my sister. Her (Divya) sister Pragya and Bharat know everything.”

What did the police say?
DCP-East Dr. Deeksha Sharma while talking to the media said, “Police received information that a woman was shot in the Gomti Nagar police station area. On reaching the spot, the police found out that the woman's husband had shot her. After some time, the police got information about this person. He had murdered his sister and committed suicide..”
The police officer further said, “The incident has confirmed that it was the same man, Manas, who had committed suicide after killing his wife and sister. A WhatsApp status on his phone gave the reason for the incident. Three weapons have been recovered from this man's house.”
