After this victory, after the historic bronze medal win of Trisa Jolly and Gayatri Gopichand in the Badminton World Championship, Chief National Coach Pullela Gopichand while talking to the media said, 'I think both of them are young. It is not that this is his only performance. They have been a top-10 pair, have played two All England semi-finals, have a Commonwealth medal and two Asian Championships.
