Anjana Sukhani's experience with Amitabh Bachchan
actress Anjana Sukhani shared a memorable incident during his work with Amitabh Bachchan. He told that in the early days of his career, he had worked with Amitabh in a chocolate advertisement. The shooting was taking place in the parking lot of Inorbit Mall in Malad, and the weather was quite hot that day. Anjana said that when she was standing in the sun, Amitabh's eyes fell on her.
Anjana said that Amitabh Bachchan sent an umbrella for her through his assistant and later also asked for a chair to sit. She said that being new to the industry, even this small thing was very important for her.
Anjana said, “He didn't need to do that. He is Mr. Bachchan and I am nothing in front of him. But the way he cared for me shows his greatness. According to me, only a person like him can do that.”
She also revealed that she later met Amitabh in a flight, where he asked Anjana if she had seen the advertisement which was going to be on television soon. Amitabh also praised the advertisement, which was special for Anjana as she felt that the megastar recognized her.
Many years later, Anjana met Amitabh on the sets of the film 'Department', where she saw him in a dance sequence with Sanjay Dutt.
Anjana said, “If you have worked with him or got a chance to work around him, then your life is successful.”
