In June this year, Abhijeet Deepke was allegedly attacked before addressing a protesting group in Jaipur. In a video related to the incident, Deepke was seen being carried on the shoulders by his supporters. In the video, some people present in the crowd were seen grabbing his scarf, slapping him and trying to pull him down. After the incident, Deepke had alleged that some people associated with RSS were involved in the attack.

When was Ashutosh Ranka also attacked?

A case of alleged attack on Ashutosh Ranka and some other CJP workers also came to light in Bagru assembly constituency of Jaipur. It was told that Ranka and other party workers had reached there to inspect a government school. During this time some people allegedly beat him up. Ranka alleged that those involved in the incident were workers associated with the ruling BJP.

In a video purported to be related to the incident, a group of people are seen confronting CJP’s team. Slogans of “Jai Shri Ram” are also heard in the video. BJP has rejected the allegations made by CJP. Rajasthan government minister Jawahar Singh Bedham alleged that Congress workers are behind CJP.
