CNG prices increased in Delhi-NCR, know the new rates including Delhi

New Delhi. Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has increased the prices of compressed natural gas (CNG) by Rs 3.89 per kg in the national capital New Delhi and its surrounding cities.

With this increase, the price of CNG in Delhi has now become Rs 86.98 per kg. The new rates have come into effect from 6 am on Saturday.

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) said in a statement that the price of CNG has been increased by Rs 3.89 per kg in the national capital New Delhi and its surrounding cities.

Now its new price in Delhi has become Rs 86.98 per kg. Earlier this price was Rs 83.09 per kg. At the same time, the new rate of CNG in Noida and Ghaziabad has become Rs 95.59 per kg.

After this increase, the new price of CNG in Shamli and Meerut of Uttar Pradesh has become Rs 95.47 per kg. Now in Gurugram it is falling at Rs 92.01 per kg. The new price in Rewari, Haryana has become Rs 91.59 per kg.

IGL said in a statement that a large part of the gas required for CNG is being met by imported liquefied natural gas (LNG), whose spot or current market prices have increased since the beginning of the conflict in the Middle East crisis.

It is noteworthy that this is the fifth increase in CNG prices this year. Earlier, IGL had increased the price by a total of Rs 6 per kg in four phases over a period of 10 days.
