PM Modi on Dimaagi Naxals: Prime Minister Narendra Modi Targeting the opposition and his critics, he once again repeated his 'mindful Naxal' statement at the centenary celebrations of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University on Saturday. He said that after his speech given from the Red Fort on the occasion of Independence Day, the discussion on 'mindless Naxals' intensified and this has revealed the real face of such people.

In the SRCC program, Prime Minister Modi said, “As soon as I gave homeopathy pills to the mental naxals, all the mental naxals started coming out and now the public is seeing the true colors of those who are promoting this disease.” The Prime Minister made this comment as an indirect target at his critics.

Gave strict warning to Pakistan also

During his speech, Prime Minister Modi also gave a strong message regarding Pakistan. He said that if Pakistan tries to carry out terrorist activities on Indian soil, Indian security forces will not shy away from responding. Modi said that people spreading terrorism are now under pressure and if Pakistan commits any 'misadventure' then the Indian Army is capable of going into its territory and taking action. He said that India responds to terrorism in the manner of 'entering the house and killing'.

The Prime Minister also mentioned the situation of peace from Jammu and Kashmir to the North-East. He said that peace has increased in the country and the back of Maoist terrorism and Naxalism has been broken. Modi also said that the world was once worried about India's policy, today the same world is talking about India's 'policy dynamism'.

On completion of 100 years of SRCC, PM Modi praised the institute

PM Modi on Saturday participated in the program organized on the occasion of completion of 100 years of SRCC. He congratulated the students, teachers and alumni of the college and said that this occasion is also important for the education sector of the country. The Prime Minister said that SRCC has prepared many generations and its alumni have made their mark not only in the country but in different parts of the world. He addressed the alumni of the college as 'OGs' i.e. original and influential people in the student language.

PM Modi said that SRCC's identity is not limited only to economics and commerce. People studying from here have progressed in different fields including politics, law, arts and judiciary.

Arun Jaitley also remembered

Referring to the old students of SRCC, PM Modi also remembered former Union Minister Arun Jaitley. He told that Jaitley had studied here and whenever he met him, he would often narrate some incident or the other from his SRCC days. The Prime Minister said that Jaitley used to narrate the same incident again and again. Apart from this, he also mentioned the economist Sanjeev Sanyal working with him, who is an alumnus of SRCC.

The Prime Minister said that the college has given talents to the country not only in the field of economics but in different fields. He highlighted the contribution of SRCC alumni in various fields including artists, politicians, lawyers and judges.

In this way, Prime Minister Modi's speech at the centenary celebration of SRCC, on one hand, focused on the achievements of the college and its 100 years of journey, while on the other hand, he attacked his critics through the 'mindful Naxal' comment and also gave a strong warning to Pakistan on the issue of terrorism.
