Manoj Bajpayee will soon be seen playing the role of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on screen. Veteran filmmaker Sudhir Mishra is directing this project and the shooting of the film has started in Lucknow.

Producer Anubhav Sinha is also associated with Sudhir Mishra and Manoj Bajpayee for this film. Anubhav Sinha, along with Narendra Hirawat, is supporting this project under their banner 'Banaras Mediaworks'.
