Bureau Prayagraj-A complaint was given by Ajay Soni, son of late Vanshilal Soni, resident of village Fazalabad alias Kalupur under Bahria police station area, at police station Bahria, that on 27.06.2026, Shashi Kumar Gautam alias Sahil Kumar, son of Dinesh Kumar Gautam, resident of Satevar police station, Kohdaur district, Pratapgarh, has lured away the minor daughter of his sister and taken him away with him, Ajay Soni said above. On the basis of the complaint, a case was registered against Police Station Bahria, FIR No. 124/26 Section 137 (2)/87 IPC vs. Shashi Kumar Gautam alias Sahil Kumar, son of Dinesh Kumar Gautam, resident of Satevar police station, Kohdaur district, Pratapgarh, and a police team was formed for the arrest of the accused and recovery of the victim.
Wanted accused Shashi Kumar Gautam alias Sahil Kumar, son of Dinesh Kumar Gautam, resident of Satwar police station, Kohdaur district, Pratapgarh, was arrested by police station Bahria police team today on 09.09.2026 near Seth Gayadeen Intermediate School, Mailha under police station Bahria area and further legal action was taken. On the basis of the victim's statement and collection of evidence, advance legal action was taken by increasing sections 65(1)/115(2)/351(3) of the Indian Penal Code and 5/6 POCSO Act in the above mentioned case.
