Digital Desk, Busted. Tanishka, an 18-year-old student who went missing in Bengaluru about seven months ago, has finally been found by the CID. The family could not get any information for a long time about Tanishka, who had left home with her minor friend in January. Now investigation has revealed that she had married a young man and is currently pregnant. After being produced in the High Court, he has been handed over to his family. However, the minor girl who went missing with him has not been found yet.

Left phone and ATM, yet this is how CID reached
Tanishka is a PUC second year student. On January 31, she had left home with her minor friend. Both of them did not take with them their mobile phones, ATM cards or any other thing by which their location could be traced. He had only Aadhar card and college bag.
In this case, firstly an FIR of kidnapping was registered in Vidyaranyapura police station. The police formed a team of 10 people and started searching in many cities. Investigations were conducted at about 100 places including Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore, Varanasi, Kerala, Chamarajanagar and Mysore, but no concrete clues were found.
Family reached High Court, CID got investigation

After continuously not getting any information, Tanishka's parents approached the Karnataka High Court. The court handed over the investigation of the case to CID. After this, along with the old clues, the investigation team also tried to find out whether the Aadhaar card had been used anywhere recently.
This investigation later proved to be most important. Tanishka recently used her Aadhaar card to avail the benefits of a government scheme. The OTP sent during its verification reached her husband's mobile number. CID reached her husband through this clue and then Tanishka was found.
Left home after displeasure with family
During interrogation, Tanishka told that she felt that the family constantly scolded her for her studies and gave more importance to her elder sister than her. For this reason she felt neglected.
Investigation also revealed that both the girls had first gone to the temples of Mysore and then Chamarajanagar. After this she reached Male Mahadeshwara Hills, where she met two youths. According to officials, both the youths helped the girls come out of the crisis situation. After this both the girls went away with different youths.

Tanishka later married the young man she chose to go with in the temple. Both of them started living in his village located in Kanakapura taluk. Currently Tanishka is pregnant. After appearing in the High Court, CID handed him over to his parents. The other minor girl is still missing. CID continues to search for him. According to media reports, the second minor girl, the only girl of her parents, wanted a boy due to which she felt neglected.
