Materials:
- Almonds
- Cardamom powder
- ghee
- dry fruits
- milk
- sugar
- semolina
- Saffron

Action:
- To make almond paste, first, soak half a cup of almonds in warm water. After soaking the almonds for 2 hours, remove the skin and put it in a mixer bowl to make a fine paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add half a cup of semolina and fry till it turns red. Roast semolina on low flame. This prevents semolina from sticking to the pan.
- Then add almond paste to it and fry it on low flame. After mixing the semolina and almonds together, pour the heated milk and mix it.
- After that cover the mixture and cook the semolina for a while. Then add sugar as per your preference and mix well.
- Finally add dry fruits roasted in ghee, saffron sticks and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Ready is the royal almond vein made for Bappa's offering.
