Got job by showing fake experience and salary records
According to the police, Devendra Kumar Dubey had presented documents related to experience certificate and salary slip during his appointment to the post of Group Vice President in an automobile company on August 20, 2025. Through these documents, he had claimed that he had earlier worked in a big group and was getting a salary of around Rs 2.80 lakh per month. On the basis of these documents the company appointed him to a senior post.
Alleged fraud exposed after resignation
The accused resigned from the company in May 2026. After this, during the process of full and final settlement, the company got his old employment and salary related documents re-verified. No record of his being an employee was found in the institution where the accused had claimed to have worked in the past. After this, salary documents related to the bank also came under scrutiny.
Claim of monthly salary of Rs 2.80 lakh is also doubtful
