Shivraj reached Bihar to take stock of flood affected areas
The Central team has reached Bihar to take stock of the flood situation. Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan reached Patna on Wednesday. After this he started touring the flood affected areas along with Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary.
Both the leaders took stock of the flood affected areas in Hajipur using tractors and helicopters. After the survey, Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that there has been a lot of damage to crops in the area. He inquired about the condition of the farmers affected by the flood and the crop loss.

Shivraj and Samrat met flood affected children in Munger
After Hajipur, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary and Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan reached Munger. Here both the leaders met and talked to the flood affected children. Samrat Chaudhary’s big announcement regarding Munger-Bhagalpur Ganga Pathway
In Munger, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary made a big announcement regarding the 83 km long Ganga Pathway project to be built between Munger and Bhagalpur. He told that changes have been made in the original design of the project.

High level review meeting of flood relief will be held in Patna
There will be a high-level review meeting regarding flood disaster management and relief works in the dialogue between Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
The meeting will review the status of rehabilitation along with ongoing relief and rescue operations in flood affected areas. Apart from this, crop loss caused by floods and assistance given to affected farmers will also be discussed.
Officials of the Union Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will also be present with Shivraj Singh Chouhan during the meeting and tour.

Shivraj will meet flood victims in Navgachia
Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will also visit Navgachia during his visit. Here he will meet the flood victims and listen to their problems and take stock of the relief arrangements. After this they will stay in Bhagalpur for the night.
