Features and medicinal uses of this tree
A special tree is found in different parts of India, which mainly grows in the Aravali and Madhya Pradesh hills. Its height ranges from 25 to 40 feet and the color of its branches is light white. Anti-poison medicines are made from the bark and roots of this tree. If its root is rubbed in water and put into a person's mouth in case of snakebite, the poison gets eliminated immediately.
Another amazing feature of this tree is that if its root is mixed with lemon juice and given half a teaspoon in the morning and evening, severe asthma is cured in just three days. There is no other medicine as effective as this in the treatment of asthma. It is also possible to treat piles by taking the powder of its root bark with black pepper.
Diseases like leprosy can also be cured by taking five ratti each of its root bark, nutmeg, mace and clove and making powder of it regularly. Use of its oil also shows miraculous effects; Mixing five drops of it with sugar in hot milk and drinking it for three days gives strength to the body.
