Uditi Singh is now a Bigg Boss 20 contestant, but her entry was surrounded by speculation even before the show began.
Rumours suggested that she could be joined in the house by her ex-boyfriend, actor Karan Wahi.
However, the much speculated reunion never happened.
In the latest episode, the 30-year-old actress opened up about why her relationship with the 40-year-old actor did not work out and how the breakup ultimately turned out to be a “blessing in disguise.”
“For me, the break up was really a blessing in disguise,” she stated. “Because my whole career and my life changed after that.”
“We adopted a pet together during the Covid lockdown, and both of us were big in terms of cleanliness,” the Jaane Jaane actress went on to explain. “Our rules were different when it came to cleanliness. He was a little dominant and would say that I could not do things.”
“That I would not be able to finish this work, things like that. He used to demotivate me. When stars don’t align, this is what happens,” Uditi added.
For the unversed, Karan and Uditi’s relationship lasted for over two years before the couple parted ways in 2022.
